Sea Buckthorn Sorbet
The healthiest and most delicious frozen desert on the planet!
Makes 10 - 20 scoops
Ingredients
Sea Buckthorn Berries (1lb)
Maple Syrup (by taste)
Vanilla Extract (2 tbsps)
Apple Pectin (2 tbsps)
Water (1 -2 cups)
↑ above ingredients are adjustable to taste
Egg Whites from 1 egg (optional - egg whites help the sorbet become fluffy by trapping air and stabilizing the mixture resulting in a smoother and lighter consistency)
Sweetener Alternatives
Passion fruit syrup
Allulose sweetener (vegan)
Honey
Raw sugar
Instead of water add juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a powerful blender
(If using egg whites, whip separately)
Mix for one minute
(If using whipped egg whites, add them to the mix and blend one more time for 10 seconds)
Fill in a freeze appropriate container
Freeze for 2 hours

Sea Buckthorn Lemonade
For two people
1/4 lb of a berry (fresh or frozen)
3 cups of cold water
1/5 a cup of a sweetener (by taste)
Mix together for 2 minutes
when serving, can add sparkling water individually
Sea Buckthorn Julius
Ice
1/4 lb of. berry
5 tb spoons of sweetener of choice
4 tb spoon milk, milk powder or substitute
1 tb spoon of powdered egg whites
1 tea spoon of vanilla
How to make:
process berries to make the juice: mix berries with the sweetener, vanilla and milk
(if berries are frozen, add orange juice) add egg whites at the very end
Blend all together
